Title: error occured on launch

hi,

I just installed INSTANT TERRA and when i double clicking program icon, pop up window with message shown like below screenshot which i would attach.

It would be nice to find a way to fix it with your help.

Can you send us the reports described in this post? This may help us to understand where the problem comes from.
