Title: Instant terra Get started and it closed immediately

Hi everyone
When I run the instant terra it runs until shows startup video and immediately closing it dont let me even click on any thing, but a third window comes up and disappear very soon and its title what I can see additional.. and rest I can not
any Idea why it behave like that and Iam sure that trial license is ok,and I have already installed each of net. framework 4.5.2 and vc__ runtime 2015

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you run Dxdiag on your computer, click on "Save all information" and send the generated .txt file to support@wysilab.com?

Also it would be nice if you could open the system information panel on Windows (use the Start menu and type "system information"), click on File > Export and again send the generated .txt file to support@wysilab.com.
